I am trying to setup a filter that would allow for combining different criteria (ie. multi-select) and spit out the matching result.
Let’s say that I have four extra fields (that can be chosen from a drop down menu)
County (15 items)
Decision (3 items)
Product type (10 items)
Category (not the extra fields category but an extra field named category)
They are all defined as select when creating the K2 item.
In the K2 filter I set them all up as multi-select checkboxes.
Example of problem:
First multi-select (country): Austria and Germany
Second multi-select (decision): positive
Third multi-select (product type): book
Fourth multi-select (category): Construction
If I choose these options I not only get results for them but I also get results from a different country (for Example: Turkey) and from a different category (for example: FAQs).
Is there a problem with my line of thought (ie. the multi-select works differently from what I imagined), is there a problem with my setup, or is this a bug in the filter.
