November 9, 2012 at 12:01 pm #472398Joomla doesn’t work like this. It builds a page on menĂ¼ click from the db with the files, css and content so each new page is a new load…
Personally I hate sites that automatically load music. It could lose you a lot of visitors – most office machines either don’t have speakers or it is not the done thing to hear music in the office.

Hi swissa, thanks for your response. I agree with your statement that music in background could be a disturbing element on web page. Neither this fact don’t change my need to look for a solution which allow to play music continuosly after each new load. But I am affraid that Joomla can’t provide this feature like a flash website
Any advices guys?

November 10, 2012 at 1:28 pm #472508Did you check the link?

The solution then is to use one of the flash player extensions that loads the player in a pop-up window. This way, when the user navigates away, the background music does not stop and restart because the pop-up window remains open. The obvious downside here is that most pop-up windows are blocked by browsers these days (especially those that happen automatically without the user’s consent) so your users may never hear the background music that you so carefully selected.

That’s about the best I can offer podnot. Sorry!
