You guys helped me remove the legal notice in Mxcomments in the bottom of my site, I need more help:

1) How do I remove this text: “. Du kan se alle svar vha. et RSS 2.0 feed. Du kan skrive en kommentar. ” look at this site: http://c4d.dk/index.php/nyheder/60?task=view, the text is just above the comments

2) How do I move the name of the author to the top? Same site ^ (the author text only moves when the comments are loaded)
