Hi there,

Using Joomla 3.0 template JA_University , the demo FB box works with the id number from joomlart (123144964369587)
Using other ID and it does’nt work, it shows nothing on the frontend ( I get my ID with https://graph.facebook.com/avukunstkader )
and the ID number is here 100003584634414 , my url: http://www.avukunstkader.nl/nieuw/index.php/workshops , if you open this page nothing is showed now because of the ID number.

Very strange and how comes ? and better what to do that the box appears in my module frontend. ?

Hi Rob,

That seems be your Profile ID, our JA Facebook Like Box requires Page ID. You can login to Facebook, on the sidebar > search for pages > click to edit. Go to your browser URL bar and copy your Page ID. (examples:http://www.facebook.com/pages/edit/id?XXXXXXXXXX)

Then clean all cache.
