Hey, my website is http://www.nypdmo.com and anything I click looks real bad. I notice in the links it says index.php/whereiwanttogo. How can I fix this? Please anyone?

You can not request support in JoomlArt forums while you are using SiteGround template.
However, you can try to disable SEF function of your current site in order to run properly.
