    Hello,

I’m a Joomla newbie,… and I’m stuck….. I searched the forums and can’t seem to find this answer. Can anyone please tell me how I can replace “the site name” with a jpg of “my logo”? I am using the ja_pollux template and am sure the answer is a simple one,.. but like I said I can’t find it anywhere.

BTW – I noticed some of the paths in my index.php lead to the: administrator/components/com_installer/templates/ja_pollux directory… but the ja_pollux directory is not there. I installed the template by just uploading the directory and its contents to the http://www.mysite.com/template directory and then choosing the template in the admin area. Is this the problem?

Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    -K

    I don’t think it’s as complicated as you think. – Try this…
Just replace the images called logo-default.jpg, logo-blue.jpg, logo-red.jpg and logo-grey.jpg with your logo. (p.s. make it the same dimensions (300 pixels wide by 100 tall).

Upload them into the /template/ja_pollux/images folder
