I fixed the problem on your site with the solution below

Open templates/ja_decor/css/custom.css file, add new CSS style

.t3-masthead .jamasshead-description {
    display: none;
}

Hi,

This is not a bug because JA Masshead module is showing title and description by default. I disabled description as your expectation. Please check it again
