My virtuemart prices don’t show to non registered users and they can’t register for the site as it says “Empty solution not allowed.”

Any obvious solutions… am I missing something really easy here?
The FB registration works (or did) but not the manual login.

Hi kiwilee,

You can go to administration >> Virtuemart >> Configuration >> Pricing, make sure that you select all price types you want to display.

Hi
Thanks for the advice.
It displays fine if you are registered and logged in but I can’t get any prices showing for visitors.
Just can’t remember where these settings are to change that.
Any thoughts?

Hi kiwilee,

try these steps:

VirtueMart >> Orders & Shoppers > Shopper Groups > check out “-anonymous-“.
In that 2 default Shopper group, you can select which types of prices this group can see in the shop. Just click on “Show price” to the price types you want to show to visitors.

Then make sure created one price in each product item. In the right and top drop-down you can select the shopper group (-anonymous-) for this price. Only this group will see the price => all not logged in users will not see a price.

You should also ask in the Virtuemart forum regarding setting up VM. We can help only with the template related issues.
