installation failed or site does not look right

REINSTALL

delete the joomla installation and the database,

do not debug, reinstall from scratch

failed installation is not a bug, its an error, a permissions issue, a user issue, a step was missed, none of these can be debugged or fixed without a successful install

again, if the installation failed

REINSTALL

reinstallation takes 10 minutes, debugging takes forever and the problem may not be solved at all.

I always get the error about time exceeded ( especially with the form extensions like Breezyforms, Artforms etc ) ….still have not been able to install any of them on my localhost .

But everything else is ok ( the site , the other extensions like Joomlapack , etc )

So I cant really reinstall just because of these “installation errors ” that arise from some of these extensions

tried getting help from the component sites etc nut up till today ..still unsolved
