Which is your version of JA Teline: JA Teline IV T3v2 or JA Teline IV T3?

+ With JA Teline IV T3v2, please assign appropriate layout for iPhone device as per screenshort:

Then remember to clear JAT3 cache.

+ If you’re using JA Teline IV T3, it should automatically switch to responsive mode.

I have just checked your site. Please try to update to the latest version for the JA Teline IV template (2.5.4) and T3 Framework plugin (2.7.0) via JAEM.

Don’t forget to back-up your site before update.

Hi Kien,

According to my experience, the JAT3v2 templates sometimes reflect the mobile layout slowly due the CSS compression and template cache.

You can try to update the latest version of both template and T3v2 system plugin as Nazario mentioned above. Then try to configure these settings additionally in Template Manager:

– Turn on the Development Mode
– Set Optimize CSS option to None

These can help to make the template reflect better when switching to mobile layout.
