I have a problem when visualising Ja Teline IV from Internet Explorer.

Any suggestions?

My visitors are reporting the same issue, does anybody have an idea? Please check http://www.icdmoda.com with Internet Explorer. It’s like most of the frontpage disapears!

If you look at your page in IE9 then right click and view source you will see the problem. Scrool down in the source code to where the massive green patch is and you will see the following code. The key but there is “<w:WordDocument>
” which shows that an article has been copy pasted from MS Word. As Word contains its own html formatting is causes all sorts of problems in IE. FF just deals with it but IE does not. You will need to re-create that article. Simply unpublish it (and any other articles that were cut pasted) to get your site running first.

If you do need to cut and pasted from word there is a tool built into the tiny mce editor used in Joomla. Unfortunately it is not enabled by default. You have to go into the plugin manager and fir the TinyMCE plugin set “ExtendedMode” instead of “Advanced Mode”. When you return to the editor you will see a little clipboard icon with a little M$ W on it. Always use that button to insert articles from Word.
