April 3, 2012 at 6:26 am #175721I am sorry to ask this, perhaps, simple question!
I noticed that some changes in the text in the template needs some hours to appear… The problem is that effect is not in all articles but in some of them as Theme Features…
Could you explain that pleas?
Thanking you in advance
Aratype

April 3, 2012 at 8:31 am #447073Thanks Tom,
Nothing…
Try to change the text in the article: “Flexible Fixed and Fluid Grid” and you will this…
I think that we have to change some other Cache Function…
Cache Settings
Cache * : OFF
Cache Handler: File
Cache Time *: 15Phill ModeratorPhill

April 3, 2012 at 9:31 am #447083And what about the standard Joomla cache? You should be able to clear that and see your changes straight away. In some cases though I see local caches on a server level and some users experience problems with these as they are not quite so easy to flush.

April 3, 2012 at 2:17 pm #447129Thank you Phill,
It does not work also… I think it is something else in the template configuration.
Many thanks for your analyze…

April 3, 2012 at 3:41 pm #447136Which particular items do not change?
Also, have you tried switching to a default template as to rule out the template element and see if it is the Joomla side.

April 4, 2012 at 7:53 am #447259Thanks both,
In “Theme features” Advanced Options: Caching: Don’t Cache…
Also in Template Manager : Enable Development Mode. No Cache Mode: disabled
This will do it for the cache…
By the way I do not know why JArt put the “Theme features” Advanced Options: Caching: Cache…
…

If we “stuck” every solved issue, you would still be scrolling. 😎zombiesonice Friendzombiesonice

true but at the moment, we have to scroll through the normal threads to see if anyone else has the same issues.
Just makes more sense to have solved issues in the solved folder:)
