    Hi,

I have installed the JA SOcial template but my typography does not work at all. I have copied the same article source as in the demo, it still does not work. I don’t know if my membership covers this, but if I send you the site login, would you mind having a look about what is going on?

Might you be able to provide a screenshot of a particular page where the typography is not functioning ….
as well as describe for us what it is you are wanting to accomplish?

    🙂

It does not read any of the typography images. All the typography demo page looks plain when I paste it as the article content. So, maybe having a quick look in the site directory would be much better.

One of the methods I recommend to check/cross-reference your own settings against those of the demo version is to utilize
JA’s DEMO BUILDER tool – to see if you’re own settings match those of the demo (if this is what you’re going for).

When you installed your template, did you do so utilizing the quickstart+sample data installation process?

I managed to check everything I was able to imagine. I have installed as a standalone and also from the quickstart to different directories. Quickstart works but the standalone version does not work properly.

Might I ask … How far along are you in your site development? Did you only just get started?

Wonderful question. Thank you very much for your help. I have upgraded my own template from joomla 1,5 to 2,5. Also some plugins. I have been managing more than 10 sites that are running on Joomla for 4 years. The answer might be very easy, since I am relatively new to the T3 framework. I am sure I miss something because I know that what I ask is very easy. But I gave up because I got bored of checking everything. At first some part of the images folder was missing. I have comleted them. I checked the other folders as well, I refresed the page many times, still no proper result.

I would need to take a closer look at your site. Please include screenshot and your site URL here for further investigation. I shall check the problem directly on your site.
