Hi there
I have a bad problem.
my website front-end is empty with ja_social template. I tried to backup it but it didn’t work.

I didn’t have problem before today, I tried to updade one of my component and it happend.
please help me :((

Your site is giving an internal sever error 500. The only way we would be able to figure this out would be to see the server logs. What component did you update and have you tried removing that component?

hi
I tried to update JBolo component. it’s a chat component. also I tried to update some component from ja extention manager but there was not any new update. what should I do?

I tried to update JBolo, But in IE8 the internal server error 500 apear whereas in Ff an chrome i see one dot (bullet sign) in browser. Forthermore if i use the Japurity my site is comming up, i have problem with Ja-Social and i’m confused what is the reason!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please help me.

First uninstall the Jbolo component to see if that cures the problem.

I remove Jbolo completly, but problem didn’t fix.:((

Also, I uninstall ja_social and reinstall it. but the problem is not fixed. I find one unexpected phenomenon. there is a noname template in my ” Extensionsr -> Install/Uninstall -> Templates ” that if i Uninstall it both noname template and Ja_social will be removed and if i re install the ja_social, the noname will be appear again.
