I installed the Ultimate PNG-Fix from Joomlaworks and now my header-png seems to look fine. :-[

I changed size (# bytes) )of my header-pictures. Quality is a little less, but still ok (in my opinion).

However, why do you still have “site tools” there when they are not working? 🙂Well done I say! Love the effect of the large W in Website.. 🙂

I’m curious as to what program you use to compress your images. The takes a while to load on my connection also, and I’ve gotten close to 1MB download rates.
Personally I use XAT, found here:
http://www.xat.com/jpegopt/index.htmlIt’s very efficient and compresses images very well!
Also the Site Tools seems to be working just fine for me, loading what I assume are style sheets to change the colors.
Only other suggestion would be to replace the favicon.ico
You can generate a favicon in MS Paint, Photoshop, or whatever and use a free online converter to make a favicon. DynamicDrive has a nice one:

Sometimes the ultimatePNG fix-mambot sometimes make the Sitetools not work, but most of the time they work. :p

I made the image of the JA-Xenia Without text and logo’s (for all 3 colors) and made my own logo (new image). Then I made the same code as the JA-Xenia logo for my own logo and place it right after the code for JA-Xenia logo (see sample).
