The fix you’ve rolled out only appears to work if logged in as a Joomla user, which is a bit useless, as website visitors will likely not be logged in.

I’m super disappointed in the level of support for a paid product and feel like a paying beta tester. JA Builder should be free for the amount of testing and reporting that I’m having/expected to do.

I tested the header1.2 and its working fine in JA Builder latest version.
can u share the login details of site if you still facing the issue, I try to check the site but its password protected and the submitted login password not working for me.

The issue is already fixed, You have some custom code added in the custom CSS blocks for the header.
Kindly remove it and check the header.

All of that custom css was to have the header display correctly, some of it was added by you.

Only the background color is transparent that u can fix from the background property.The toggle button is opening the close the menu fine.

Yes, but you are logged in. Log out and try it again. I did say that it works fine if logged in, however, when not logged in, it doesn’t work.
