Hi –

We’re having an issue with the navigation links when using an android phone or tablet –

When most of the nav links are touched, either using the slide-out mobile menu or regular menu on a tablet, nothing happens. It’s like regular text is being clicked.

I’ve tried removing all custom CSS and I’m still having the same problem (which is strange, as the demo site works fine on my phone/tablet).

Any ideas of what might be going on here?

The only edits to the template would be the CSS changes. When the CSS overrides are removed, I still have the same navigation issue.

I’ve gone through all of the standard “Can’t click a link” troubleshooting that I can think of (adding more padding, setting z-index..), nothing I can think of is working.

Very strange ..

I have been trying to debug the problem on your site but no luck so far, you can take a backup of css files you have changed on your site (better take full site backup, so that you can roll back if something goes wrong) and click compile LESS to CSS button in the template back-end, it will auto generated new css files from less files and then check your site again.

I have this issue too, except that the menu dropdown will appear for a second, then disappear and then the link no longer works. Haven’t been able to find a solution yet. Just going to replicate the menu into a sidebar module for now and have it appear below the main menu so they can just click on the top level landing page.

Would love to have a solution to this.:)

Please help me to check our demo here or you can try to upgrade T3 framework latest version. If you still face the problem, you can pm me the credentials info to check that bug directly on your site.

Hi, we have been holding off launching our website for almost 3 weeks because of this issue – I have to say I am quite disappointed that the mobile nav doesn’t work solidly right out of the gates.

PLEASE we need help as a paying subscriber to this set of templates and feel we have been quite patient in waiting for a resolution on this!!

Hi,
Did you ever get solved?
I have the same issue ie the sublinks on the off-canvas menu is not as sensitive as on Iphone. I need to press longer than usual for the link to work. This is on a Android phone/tablet using Chrome browser. It works OK using the native browser on the android devices.
