    Hi all
today i tired to add a newsletter signup code to xenia module nine position but I’ve screwed it royaly!, I uploaded the wrong code to start with ( rush rush rush) and I think I need to learn how to create a new module. This is what I did, feel free to have a laugh, cause I am smiling none the less 🙂

I went to the site modules section selected “new” and added my HTML code to the data entry area thinking hey this will display the form etc to whatever module positon I publish it to?

Published module to user nine area where it is displays ok

but I wish to remove this mistaken code and fix it up, however I can’t delete it, no new module by the name I gave it shows in site module list, I have deleted the user9 position from admin area, I even removed all references to user9 module from the index.php file but nothing I do makes a difference ( I have restored index.php back to original code)

    The site url is http://www.residualfinancecorp.com

and the faulty code is at the bottom above the footer.

suggestions on how to fix greatly appreciated also if anyone has time, an explaination on creating modules would be great 🙂
    Cheers Shannon

    Hello Shannon!

You have published this “newsletter signup” in module position 8. Further to this, the reason for not “finding” this module is that you have more than 30 modules ( take a look at the bottom of your module list ( modules – site modules ) You will see that you have 31 modules. Either click on the “next” or increase the number of modules you want to show on the site to 50. That way you will see that the last module “Newsletter Signup” is located there. I have unpublished it for you now, so if you need to do anything with it, just make the changes and publish it again. 🙂

    Good luck!
