On my website http://www.gyancentral.com i need the following customization done:

i need to add three components on my homepage –
a twitter box
an institute search box
an internships announcement box

I want the current homepage to be improved especially the calendar

I want the search page to be templated

I want the related fields which are shown on the right to be templated

I want the institute page to be better in terms of look and feel
