Hi, after absence for a while I discovered the fantastic JA Smashboard template on your site and would like to use it for my future website. After I installed it and filled it with content I looked for a gallery which should fit into this easy to find kind of template. I found FlexxiGallery and wanted to use it. Something must be buggy or causing a conflict in use with JA Smashboard. I set some gallery buttons to external URLs on my flickr account> New window without navigation..What I get is white square fields after content, when clicked after homepage, or a 404 error.. when you click on “Schnellgalerie” which leads to the FlexxiGallery..when you close this, there is also a white square field behind the content..if I set the button of FlexxiGallery to “same window” it doesn`t even open..maybe you can help me..maybe it`s because of wrong settings.. Thank you

August 15, 2013 at 5:17 am #502292Hi vadde,
The white square field you can remove by opening templatesja_smashboardlessstyles.less, find lines:
// Content
// -------
.t3-content {
position: relative;
background: @white;
padding: 2em;
.border-radius(@baseBorderRadius);
}
Change to background: none; Then go to Template Manager >> Click Compile Less to Css.
For the 404 error on Home menu item, can you send me PM with your website’s credentials ? I will help you to check this issue.

Thank you..I guess the white fields are gone now..only the “page not found” issue is left..and do you maybe know, why it is only possible to load the flexxigallery in a new window? It seems to load when set link to “same window”, but doesn`t change the page ..it only works when set to “new window with no navigation”..
btw. Thank you for super support as always..

August 16, 2013 at 8:38 am #502446Hi vadde,
Not sure, but i guess that the Schnellgalerie menu item links to the flexxigallery gallery style which all contents of this page show on the new popup window. The contents will go away when you close the gallery, that is why the menu item shows “page not found” warning message. In this case, you should set the link setting to “new window with no navigation” as you mentioned. I think it will help you to solve the problem.
August 16, 2013 at 10:45 am #502484yes, but only the “Schnellgalerie” button is linked to Flexxi Gallery as an example to show you how that behaves..the issue with the flexxigallery is solved with your first answer and works well..
All other galleries like “Schnellzeichnungen”, “Tablet Karikaturen”, “Stars & Sternchen” and “Auftragsarbeiten” are linked external to my flickr galleries..and if I close them, I get a 404 error message..

August 19, 2013 at 8:24 am #502648Hi vadde,
I come back with my late response. As we know our forum support service is closed on weekends, and all user’s questions are going to be answered next Monday.
Back to your issue, all menu items you mentioned they are the external url type which doesn’t have the alias to form the link. That is why you can see the content in popup view, but no menu item url. It is normal !
Anyways, i have a suggestion for you to use Iframe Wrapper menu type which allows you to display the Flickr, Gallery image in the article view. Furthermore, it contains the menu item url.
August 19, 2013 at 1:45 pm #502701Hi Leo,
thank you for your efforts..the problem is, that flickr does not allow frames and it doesn`t look good in that small content window..I try toswitch to your latest template..and if not I will use my current template on another URL..I have no issues there..Sad, that I can`t use JA Smashboard..but that`s life..
Thank you for your friendly support..See my issues as solved
