Well…i didnt want a horizontal line between every contact….just a breaking space in between certain contacts as in the image previously shown

Hi
Because your page is com Contact list. It’s using <td>, i’m not sure if you put <br /> in this case will be effected.
In this case use a image line break will better . ( only show at col phone no# )
Please lets’ me know what do you need.

– Delete all of files of /cache and /t3-assets folder
