January 31, 2014 at 6:29 pm #520665Hi,
I am not sure if there’s a way to downgrade Joomla without problems. As for your problems i am afraid that i will have to prove to you that the problem is your server. Can you please let me know if i am allowed to create a copy of your website on an other server ?
Regards
Manos

February 3, 2014 at 3:47 pm #520966Below is reply from hosting server:
Hello,
I have looked into this for you and found that your site is not generating any errors when loaded. It appears that your theme may not be compatible with the new version of joomla. Please check you theme and any plugins to make sure they are up to date and try re-publishing your site.
If you have any questions or comments please let us know.
Best regards,
Christopher F.

<blockquote>”but the site has lost design”</blockquote>
>> You can try to switch ON / Off the Optimize CSS and JS option in template manager (Backend > Template manager > JA Tiris > T3 options

Clean JAT3 cache and refresh your site to see how it goes.
Additionally, in order to confirm the issue comes from our template or not, you can try to switch default template (JA Tiris) to another standard template of Joomla like Beez to see if problem persists or not.

February 4, 2014 at 4:12 pm #521136The site design is restored but unfortunately the slideshow mod does not work. I’m also checking others to see if they function. Can you help? Also, will we continue to have problems with the site? Thanks.

On your site http://192.185.139.211/~tempbar/, I checked slideshow module and see it works fine.I guess you don’t see 3 blocks under slideshow, you need to login Backend => Module Manager => Module JA Side News (position sidesnews) and choose category you want to be selected => Save and pls clean cache, See screenshort for reference:
