In which page I can see the issue? I tried to access shop page > change the currencies on top but no issue occurred.

I thought it happens on shop in frontend. This settings or registration belong to core of Virtuemart. Something wrong with VM version on your site, did you update from old version or just install new version directly on your site?

Pls also try to post a thread in VM forum for further help.

this installation as with theme, we did not do anything, so please help

You can try to take a backup of your site and download latest version of VM and install into your site. And see how it goes.

REMEMBER to backup your site first.
