I have several issues that are causing me grief w/ my site and I need help.

The URL for the site is as follows:

Here are my questions:

1. Module position user3 is not right-aligned and in the proper location. Instead it’s right on top of where the copyright notice shows up. How do I fix that?
2. Is there an easy way to move the “Read More” button from its default position of aligned left to being right aligned instead?
3. The printer-friendly icon is down too far on the page. In some cases (i.e. http://sandbox.theweboasis.biz/heritageauto/about-us-the-heritage-auto-story.html) it crowds the content and is actually overlapping it. How can I fix that?
4. The photo on the home page is top-left aligned, regardless of where it’s placed on the page, and there’s an ugly black border around it. How do I get rid of that?
5. How/where do I need to modify the CSS that controls display of the logo? It’s being cut off and there’s way too much white space above and below it.

Change it to the item marked as read, should bring it up closer to the tile of articles.
