I have Sanedine one and I need help with a few things…

How do I make a news system exactly like this, minus the header image. http://www.5e-community.com/ It doesnt have any addons except the commenting mod.

How do you make custom pages so I can add html to a page?

Id really like to know how to get my news system sorta like that, makes it clear and easy.
