I’ve got a visually impaired user who views our site at 150% magnification. When she does this, the right side of the site extends off the screen, making it unviewable. How do I either a)turn on a horizontal scroll bar so that she can scroll over? or b) cause the site to wrap?

Upon further testing, this is only an issue in Chrome, Firefox and IE resize beautifully and go into mobile mode. Any possibility of fixing this bug?
