Here it’s already Saturday afternoon!! 😀

Best place maybe to ask is @ http://joomlancers.com – payment systems in place etc

    Hi Seaneo
As a member here since 2009 I’d assume you’ve inmstalled many quickstart based templates. Can’t see why you need someone to install it anyway? if you read the tutorial in the tutorial section on installing a Quickstart that contains all that you should need? have a go and see how it goes. having to install to a subfolder isn’t really different to a root folder.

However it’s your party, I hope you get it installed to suit your needs
    Blessings Shannon

I think he wants to install the template over an existing website rather than using the quickstart package. No reason to seek assistance if installing with quickstart indeed.

thanks for the replies people, and I got some somebody to handle the install for me yesterday. Even though Im a member from 2009, does not automatically make me an expert on installs. Installs are tricky things, especially when there are just enough technical to be dangerous. My area of expertise is working with installed templates and achieving certain look and feels on the front ends.of sites. I also have to sell to clients, handle customer service, and all that stuff. If I didn’t have to do all that, and was dedicated to technical back-end stuff, by now I would be an expert on installs. I know I am not alone on this. What’s happening here is that most of you are very dedicated programmers and tech folk, who don’t have to deal with other aspects of business. But I guarantee you that there are a slew of people that are members here that are just like me and get confused with some of thje most minor technical stuff, because it is not their forte. Just look at the forums!:). Okay thanks again cheers
