Wow,

Is this the only support we get? Disappointed!!!

1st Issue: Not able to get rid of "Best Joomla News Template" as the browser window, even through I’ve changed every template to say Hopatcong Lake Regional News. What am I missing?

2nd Issue: I’ve lost the More News that should be part of News-Home. How do I get this back.

Look in templates > Themes
And in Top Navigation Menu > News

Hi
You can change the Browser title as Tim suggested above from The Menu item options > Page Display > Browser Page title .
You need to check this from the Default Menu (magazine menu/Home Menu item ) .

For the More news Section , It is 1. [Magazine – Home] Featured News 1 – JA ACM Module
Configure the Module as given Here
And you will see this section .
