I have the same problem here, i could make it happen on firefox but not on ie, i even tried to modify the ie.css but nothing happens, any hint??

Got it, don´t touch ie.php, on ie.css change 60% to the value you used on template.css, working on ie and firefox now

Sorry for my mistaken in previous answer, pls try to find those code in the ja_teline_iiicssie.css file:

#ja-container.ja-l2 .main { background: url(../images/dot-1pxfix.gif) repeat-y 40% 0 #fff; }

#ja-container.ja-r2 .main { background: url(../images/dot-1pxfix.gif) repeat-y 60% 0 #fff; }
