    Hi all. I am facing a big problem with the main menu. I have added a new sub-menu under “News”, I have changed all relevant sub-menu width, etc., but I still get a nested (second line) in the menu as seen in the picture. Ultimately, I would like to increase the width of the menu, regardless of the size (i.e. width) of the blocks underneath in the main content area. Can you provide a solution on what to change? Thanks

    Hi,
    Could you give me a link to your page as you said?

    You replace this code from /templates/ja_social/css/menu/mega.css

    .ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.mega {
    padding-left: 15px;
    border-left: 1px dotted #6BA8BF;
    }

    with

    .ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.mega {
    padding-left: 10px;
    border-left: 1px dotted #6BA8BF;
    }

    Thanks khoand for the prompt response. Quite close I would say. Now we lost the right rounded side of the main menu. And as a result the drop down menu is not aligned. Any suggestions? Thanks once again.

    Hi friend

    Please go to /templates/ja_social/css/menu/mega.css, change back, then find code:

    .ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.haschild.active a.mega span.menu-title,
    .ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.haschild-over a.mega span.menu-title {
    background: url(../../images/arrow4.png) no-repeat left center;
    padding-left: 15px;
    }

    Change to

    .ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.haschild.active a.mega span.menu-title,
    .ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.haschild-over a.mega span.menu-title {
    background: url(../../images/arrow4.png) no-repeat left center;
    padding-left: 10px;
    }

    Hi mate. Thanks but it didn’t seem to solve the problem. Now when I roll over from the previous menu to the “News” on the previous menu seems to be extended by 5px. You can try it out on the link that I gave you. Its a real shame not to have a more flexible and customizable megamenu and instead we have to fiddle with the css code.

    HI friend,

    You have to return what i and khoand let u know to change, let it as beginning when you asked frist time.
    Then go to Template manager,choose JA Social template, then change CSS Optomize fieds to NO, so I can check how and where to customize for you.

    Hi friend. Sorry for the late reply. Thanks for your support. I have de-activated CSS Optimize and changed the mega.css to its original version. Example of problem can be found here: http://test.fines-cluster.eu/fines/jm/category/fines-rss-feeds/3.html?forcecategory=1&forcefeeddescription=table&forceliststyle=dragdiv

    Thanks for your effort to help.

    Any news on this? I have received no response. I have restored everything the way you have asked! Have you tried it?
