Guys, I made a quickbuilder site demo for JA-Social. It made the demo site but never sent me the login info. Would someone send me the admin access info.

It’s a random password that is generated.
What did the email you received say?

That’s what I mean… never got email period. It created the quick builder site immediately but never sent the info so I could access the backend.

So you’re saying you able to access the front-end ??

I ask because that information is generally included in the same email with the back-end login info.

Have you tried again?

Absolutely… I can access the front-end but cannot access the back-end.

What I am saying is: I never received any email at all… Quick Builder made the site immediately (the front-end) but never sent any admin info or email.

… I’m wondering if I can just try rebuilding it again? Don’t know if it will since it already just previously built it.

… Let me know what you come up with. In meantime I’m going to try rebuilding.

I’ll let you know how it works.

You requested a demo site via the JA SOCIAL DEMO PAGE – correct?

Where you clicked the “Demo Builder” tab on the left … clicked “Build a Demo Site For Me” button … and then entered your email address – correct?

Some kinda good news:

Tried rebuilding site again. This time I actually got the admin info but when I go to the site I keep getting a 502 message.

(502 The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.)
This is the same whether click admin link or site link.

What daya think?

I will bring this issue to the attention of the JA Development Team to check to see if, perhaps, there is a bug within the demo builder for this template.

Please upgrade to T3 Framework version 2.1.6, it should help to solve this bug. And let me know how it goes.
