Hi
This area is outside the container so it’s not a position. You can add the position in the tpls/blocks/mainbody files, It also needs work in css and js so it will float and work fine outside the container.

Thank you for the extension, i’ll try it but before i want to try "You can add the position in the tpls/blocks/mainbody files, It also needs work in css and js " this part. Can you guide me how to make it work? Is there a tutorial for this steps?

Here is documentation helps you to create new module position.
However, for custom style, there are no such tutorials as it needs custom codes and testing to apply the code and style.
