Hi Everyone

Does anyone know if this is even possible?

I would like to create a new ‘tab’ for ‘most e-mailed’ articles. I saw this on the BBC website a few moments ago and thought it would be a neat feature to include. I’d like something like this:

However, I’m a bit concerned that it could even be possible.

Even though every article has the ability to be e-mailed, this information doesn’t appear to get written back to the database:

As you can see, the number of ‘hits’ is recorded, but not the number of times the article has been mailed.

Anyone know if it would be possible to add this field to each article in the database and then create a custom mod to reflect the top 5 ‘most e-mailed’ articles.

I for one would think it really cool 😎
