2 things happen after i signin with twitter using the rpx login

i get a white screen that says

then it redirects me to the page properly and logged in….

but at the top of the page it redirects too i also get

This username/password already in use. Please try another.

now that right there isnt a big deal…thinking of hiding that message in entirety since the login proccess works…

but that white screen with errors before the redirect is an issue….any suggestions?
