I am unable to install. I’ve installed about 6 other Joomla sites with no problem. I’ve extracted the file ‘ja_teline_quickstart.zip’ to my local server and when I browse to the site all I get is “500 Internal Server Error”. when I try to run it on my hosted server I get “HTTP 403 Forbidden the website declined to show the web page”

Can anyone shed some light on this? I like the way this template looks and want to implement it.
