On which Joomla version you are installing the template.It is for Joomla 3
Kindly use the latest version of the template and T3 plugin. If you will face this issue again, Edit your first post and submit the site super user details with admin path for JA Staff/Mods/Admin.

I just want to point out that my version of joomla is stable 3.2.3 (Ember).
My template is tline V version 1.1.1 and T3 version 2.6.5
My question, if I understood correctly, is what I have to go to the Kindly version of joomla 3

Do u have any extension that does not support Joomla 3.7?
If not I suggest you use the latest version of Joomla on site as it has latest feature and improvements also template is ready for this Joomla version.
