Thank you very much. I created "custom.css" and added your tweak (cleared cache as well), but when I click on a K2 article without read more, it still opens this article which is properly empty. This is what I’d like to disable.

If an article has only intro text, it should not be possible to open, only if an article has intro text and full text …

For example: http://healthcare.stefanhengstler.ch/index.php/blog/service-test, then click to "No readmore" (first article)

I set the configuration Service-Test category of K2 like Doctor category, now you can see No readmore item of K2 is working as well on your site.

@hengstler: I made customisation on your site via templates/ja_healthcare/html/com_k2/doctors/category_item.php file and all the clickable on that ignores and you can get it from my attached file

About the view layout like that link , I’m afraid you will have to customise it.
