    I have an odd problem and forgive me if this issue has already been posted…

    I updated my site with a custom logo by editing templates.css and uploading my own logo to templates/ja_purity_ii/images, etc.

    However, my logo only appears on the homepage. When you click a page from any one of the menu items, the Joomla logo appears!

    How can I change my logo site-wide?

    Hi Jkirkpat,

    I view your site with Firebug addon and see that
    h1.logo a {
    background: url(‘/dflcdemo/templates/ja_purity_ii/images/logo.gif’) no-repeat left;
    display: block;
    height: 79px;
    width: 207px;
    }
    currenly, the background (logo) takes image from above path, however, this logo.gif seems doesn’t exist.

    Please check again the existence of this logo image, also check permission of this image folder to ensure that all are correct (file: 644 and folder: 755).

    Regards.

    Checked in Firebug as well and it also tells me logo.gif. But I am not using logo.gif. My custom logo is dflc_logo.jpg.

    I uploaded the dflc_logo.jpg file to templates/ja_purity_ii/Images, etc., and changed the file specification in templates.css. From my experience, this should do the trick. Now, my logo won’t show up at all!

    BTW, I checked the file permissions and they’re all good.

    I am mystified!!!

    Boy, do I feel silly! I cleared the T3 cache (way at the top of the joomla admin) and my problem was solved.:-*

    Forgive the intrusion, and consider this thread solved, 😉
