I have added a new masthead object with an image and image is not showing. Although the image is properly selected it is not even shown at the http://prntscr.com/hymr14 preview

You assigned 2 modules of JA Masthead to that Software Development page so it showed 2 background images there. I simply disabled one and it’s showing fine now.
