I was amazed from day 1 when I saw ja_teline, so i became a member and now finally purchased it. Yet, now am having troubles.

I am trying to download everything to set it up but i am recieving errors messages when i try to open the .rar files.

It will tell me Unexpected end of archive or The archive is either in unknown format or damaged.

Ideas – suggestions?

please help.

Can you download in different way : using your browser. Many licensed members like you can download Ja-teline without any problem. Or you can use winrar or winzip to repair your archive.

i’m using the winRAR and have tried numerous times but still recieving the same error message – its more so on the user guide.

This sounds strange. Is it a problem with all zip files? Or just one or two of them? Have you tried to download them again as there might be a disruption on your download or something with updates of the files when you tried. If you haven’t tried again, please do so.

Which version of Winrar do you use?
Try to download the latest Winzip and test with that one?

re-tried once again and now its the user guide in which i’m getting the error message. everything else is fine, as far as i know.

use winzip not winrar to unarchive them

It coul’d be useful for the specialists if you indicate the error message you get during your installation 😉

On my side, i had some troubles with installation of ZIP files (but not for this template) due to random PHP problems…

weirdest thing, i got on my personal computer and it downloads / opens just fine. Maybe its the windows vista winrar issue related.

I’ll be checking into this and want to thank EVERYONE who came to my rescue to quickly and so helpful.

Since I have your attention I’ll put another semi-useless question.

I have a graphic designer whose going to redo some colors on the template – what does he need to do this?

btw…the site i’m redoing is http://www.hiphopremix.com and with this new layout will look A LOT more professional and user friendly.
