    I am reluctant to raise this issue in a public forum, however I have exhausted other options (trouble ticket and direct email without response).

    I placed an order for membership 11/8 and still have not received confirmation of membership. Can you please look into it and let me know what the situation is.

    Hey Henk,

    I checked around the tickets too but i do not see any ticket from you for the membership issue. It would be great if you can share the transaction ID of your payment and mode of payment to us, we can then track down the same.

    Update : Found your ticket >> ZDU-557-53054 . You have been asked to provide the transaction ID on 15/08 and 18/08 and you are yet to reply to it.

    Thanks heaps for following up.

    I’ve submitted a new trouble ticket #LPQ-380-67141 with details requested.

    Please note I am unable to reply or change status of the ticket as login credientials are not accepted by the trouble ticket system, hence why I couldn’t reply to original TT ZDU-557-53054.

    Look forward to having it resolved soon.

    Ok this is getting ridiculous, I replied to you by email and a forum post. Sent a copy of the Paypal payment confirmation in my email with the information you requested, and told you I can not login into your trouble ticket system to reply to your trouble ticket questions.

    And yet I still not have any satisfactory communications to my emails. It’s two weeks plus since the paypal confirmation email and I still have not satisfactory response to my enquiries. Don’t just start a new trouble ticket as I have said something does not allow me to login. So can someone please respond to my emails.

    If you think it’s rude I raise this in a public – I agree but your lack of response leaves me no option. :((

    We received your transaction ID and your payment has been confirmed to reach us already via ticket ID#LPQ-380-67141.I have updated your account for JATC standdard membership 1 year so now you can log into http://support.joomlart.com using your paid account to view all tickets there.

    Excellent this evening I tried again and I can now access both the Trouble Ticket area and download areas.
