Hello,

I just installed the quickstart verion, and when I try and add a new menu item, I get this error:

Please navigate to admin >>> System >>> Global Configuration >>> switch to tab Server >>> Error Reporting >>> choose None.

Okay, so that helped remove the errors, but is that enough – I take it the errors are still there although I don’t see them?

Hi @aztrid,

Normally, error reporting should be turned off (when installing Joomla!, you will see the recommended setting is to turn it off) unless you got a blank screen and want to debug your site. Most of PHP warnings are unharmed and you can ignore them.
