I would like to put a new module of news (one that is not of joomart) in the position of nens home where the news is, but to have that the publicity of the side disappears

Hi
News–home is custom position that is coming from the Menu item > Special page blank content .
It will show the position in full width , the sidebar option is coming from the JA ACM Module .
You can let me know with a screenshot how you would like to display module with site URL .
It will help me to understand your issue .
