Hi guys

Is there a Joomla expert on here that can tell me how I create a new module position in my JA Rave template please?

I want to add a line of text to the very top of a page. I understand that once a new module position is available I have to create a new custom html module for it. I just need to know where to create the new position, called ‘welcome’ for example.

Please help ASAP!

You use position is absolute

Login backend > Extensions > Template manager > ja_rave > layout tab > edit default layout. Add this code

<block name="welcome" type="modules" style="raw">welcome</block>
before
