Since this template is broken up into multiple layout files can someone point me to the right one?

I want to add a leaderboard banner position above the User 1 – 5 positions and below the breadcrumbs.

for adding a banner position, open this file

templatesja_teline_iiilayoutsblocksmainnav.php

there you will find this line
<div class="ja-breadcrums">
<strong>You are here:</strong> <jdoc:include type="module" name="breadcrumbs" />
</div>

You can add your banner module position after this div.
