Hi, I need to insert new position after and like mainmenu position for a marquee news bar, this module will take a full width and about 30px height, I try to ad new HTML/PHP bootstrap file inside the ‘tpls/blocks’ folder and assign it as new position inside the file ‘tpls/default.php’, so on the module position i typed the new one I created and make some CSS for this position, BUT STILL NOT SHOWING on homepage

Please Advice

Hi
You need to add the module positions in the tpls/blocks/ THE BLOCK PHP FILE in which you want to add module position .
/tpls/ this folder container layout php file that loads the blocks file in it .
Here is documentation for layout system .
