February 9, 2012 at 8:19 am #173712Hi all,
I already installed a k2 slideshow component called yt-k2 slideshow II. These slideshow I want to use in the same position like the Ja Slideshow Module and also with this overlaying effect ( inside the ja slideshow ).
Now the new k2 slideshow modul is below the Ja slideshow and not inside, please see image ;
What I have to do ?
Thanks for your comments
mina

February 9, 2012 at 8:40 am #437660The position you are looking for is sidenews and you will probably have to add the module suffix (with the leading space) ”
ja-sidenews-wrap”This will give you all the module positions http://joomla17-templates.joomlart.com/ja_tiris/?tp=1
and here is a full guide/tutorial with all the settings for Tiris including modules usw. http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/userguide-ja-tiris-template-for-joomla-2-5/

February 9, 2012 at 9:31 am #437663Sali Mina,
You are going to have to play with:-
a. the size of the slideshow so that you get both the slideshow and the new slideshow to look good together and that you do not cut too much off the main slideshow. this will depend on the sizing of the pictures you use and the settings for the yt slideshow.
b. the number for margin-top in the following code so that it looks good for youcss is here: modules/mod_yt_k2_slideshowii/assets/style.css
div.yt_slideshowii_module {
- font-family: Arial,Tahoma,Time New Roman,Verdana,Lucida console,Courier New,sans-serif;
- border: 1px solid #eee;
- margin-top: -465px;
}
as always take a copy of the file first so that you can restore if needed.
