As informed, and some of you may have been using it for the last 2 days. It is my pleasure to confirm that the new Download system + Update.joomlart.com is now officially introduced.

Please try again. There might be an server error at the time of your download only.

If you still fail, pls get back to me with error screenshot for further tracking.

I am unable to download JA OnePage or any other JATC template. Both FF and IE fail on server timeout!
Not so good new system >:(

Can you tell me a little more of your problem please so we can try and help you. What links are you following to download etc. This is a 2 year old system now so I am guessing something has gone wrong elsewhere.

Hi Phil

This is what I found about 10 mins ago.

My system: Windows7 X86 with MS Security Essentials

(with FF or IE) Login and Go to JATC, JA OnePage, click on Download 9 selected

I tried with Android 4 on my Galaxy Tab2 and managed to get a download going from there,

I just tried again from Windows7 desktop and was able to download the latest for JA Teline IV 🙂

Maybe something has been reset on the server?

I’ve just tried on my machine and first attempt got the same error as you and second time it worked OK. If you still cannot download drop me a PM with details of what templates you want (names, quickstarts or full downloads etc) and I will send them to you. In the meantime I will contact the JA team via Skype and see if they can look into the problem.

Sorry, unable to download any of the themes. I can see an empty file list only. Tried with latest FF and Safari on Windows 7

Edit: In the meantime I tried wit IE as well, with no success. Then I tried ->Download->Search Downloads. The search result list did show a list of files and let me download successfully. Anyhow, you should fix this.
