I just launched my new website, it took me 2 months to get it up and running and tech support from the JA team! The website would have gone live faster, but I added more than 100 K2 items on the site before it went live!

I just wanted to let you guys know how my site turned out. http://app.steparu.com/ <- JA Obelisk with modifications!

I should probably work on the search box http://app.steparu.com/games to blend in with the site more, perhaps I can get some more JA Tips from you guys :)!

Nice site. You probably want to have the background color making it similar to the one in the middle. Have you tried that yet?

I think you’ve done a reasonable job, given the complexity of the Obelisk template. I’d rather see less of the image background on the front page, as it is a bit too much, visually. I see it causing the eyes to blend with it, ( the main bkg of app images) into the pop up where “games of the week” and Tutorial Guides etc are.

Being all graphical in nature, it’s a bit hard to see where one starts, ends etc.

But given your target audience is youth related and used to viewing stuff on smartphones, (probably causing eye problems later in life). My comments may just be that of a mid 50 yr old with less tolerance for visual clutter. LOL

Wishing you success in your business

Quite nice. My only advice is to simplify the look and feel of the home page. Right now, you have too many backgrounds (black, white). Don’t be afraid to go for an all white background. Be clean. 🙂
