I have a new video loaded to YouTube but it will not come down in the feed. I have tried the settings on the Social Plug-In
Also when the YouTube feed is refreshed, its duplicating existing posts.

June 6, 2012 at 9:30 am #456267Hello blckthorne,
I have tested your account in my end, everthing still works properly. All videos are imported.
Please try to:
– empty your trash (on article manager page, select Trashed under Status select box, and delete all item if any),
– clear all cache (back-end menu >> site >> maintenance >>clear cache)And test again. If it still does not works, please pm me your administrator account, I’ll check and solve it for you.
June 6, 2012 at 10:29 am #456279Looks like the problem may be with Joomla. I cannot delete any of those old articles. I tried publishing, un publishing, trashing and then entpy trash but they are all still in there.
Any ideas? I will send you a PM with credentials shortly.

I think the way the social plug in is creating article makes them impossible to delete via the article manager.
If I change the category or the alias and save the article, I can then trash that article (delete) from the article manager.
I have a couple of hundred articles to delete and would rather not change each one individually.h

June 7, 2012 at 1:52 am #456363Hello blackthorne,
I have checked your trash, there are many article under video category here. I have removed them and run import video again.
Now, they are imported in your site, please have a look1 user says Thank You to Thanh Nguyen Viet for this useful post
June 7, 2012 at 11:56 am #456499I had to manually change the category and alias on all of them and then trash them, then delete them.
Squared away now, but the process for deleting the article created by JA Social needs to be worked out.
Not being able to delete articles created by the JA Social plug-in without some manual manipulation (either batch change category, then trash, then delete, or manually changing the alias) is a huge bug. I hope you guys address it in the next revision.

June 8, 2012 at 3:15 am #456592Hello Blackthorne,
This bug appears in some articles only. I have checked your site yesterday, only some items can not be deleted.
perhaps, the ‘Create by’ information of these article is not correct, so after you manually edited them, this information was fixed, and you able to delete them.(Ref: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=615&t=651342)
To avoid this issue, please check your social profiles, and update ‘Author’ field if it is incorrect.
– I’ll also raise this issue on our bug tracker system to check it more detail. You can check status of this issue at: http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JAECPLGSOCIALFEED-31
